At 1200 UTC Tropical Cyclone Dianne, Category 2, was centred within 30 nautical miles of
latitude twenty six decimal nine south (26.9S)
longitude one hundred and two decimal six east (102.6E)
Recent movement : south southwest at 12 knots
Maximum winds : 50 knots
Central pressure: 980 hPa

Within 120 nautical miles of the centre.
FORECAST
Maximum winds to 50 knots near the centre easing to 35 knots by 1200 UTC 22
February.
Winds above 48 knots within 40 nautical miles of centre, easing below 48 knots
by 1800 UTC 21 February. Very rough to high seas and moderate to heavy swell.
Winds above 34 knots within 120 nautical miles of centre, reducing to within 90
nautical miles in SW quadrant and 60 nautical miles in the NW quadrant by 0600
UTC 22 February. Rough to very rough seas and moderate swell.
